Job Responsibilities
- Perform customer service functions by answering customer requests and ad hoc questions.
- Implement and ensure adherence to security and data standards.
- Ensure system testing is performed according to testing policy and standards.
- Provide first-line support on the system after completion of the implementation project.
- Troubleshoot system errors.
- Advise client’s business and core application team in utilizing HR Avenue features and supported functionalities.
- Follow up on unresolved issues via online support system and ensure resolution within agreed SLA.
