Job Responsibilities:

  • To obtain and analyze business, process, technical and functional requirements from clients.
  • Prepare Use Case Document which consists of screen designs, database schema, flowcharts and functional specs.
  • Make analysis and design for web and database for Application development.
  • Perform testing. These include provide Test Document and prepare the testing environment.
  • Release Management. These include prepare release scripts and release notes.
  • Provide training to the user on how to use the system and prepare User Manual.
  • Provide updates and report on development status.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in IT-Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related quantitative fields.
  • Experience with databases (SQL).
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present findings clearly and compellingly verbally and in written form.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written (Bahasa Malaysia and English).
  • Experience in HR and know how to do FRS will be good.

  • Understand and document client requirements.
  • Work as solution owner for the project to provide a solution and fit-gap analysis to ensure client requirements can be delivered.

  • Develop test plan, test scripts and review the testing result to ensure the system development is in accordance with the documented client requirements.
  • Configured system to meet client’s requirement and Malaysia statutory requirement.
  • Conduct training to client user team as part of the transition.
  • Ensure that functional requirements are delivered to with quality and compliant with client contract.
  • Perform customer service functions by answering customer requests and questions.
  • Remain engaged with the client throughout implementation, until the client is successfully running payroll solution.

We are looking for experienced IT-background individual who have had practical exposure in systems implementation for delivering and supporting our web-based Java and mobile solutions to corporate clientele.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform customer services functions by answering customer requests and questions ad hoc.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to security and data standards.
  • Ensure system test according to testing policy and standard.
  • Provide first line support on the system after completion of the implementation project.
  • Troubleshooting system errors.
  • Advise Client's Business and Core Application Team in utilizing the HR Avenue salient features and supported functionalities.
  • Following up on unresolved issues via online support system and ensure that resolution takes place within agreed SLA.

Skills & Competencies Requirements:

Technical/Functional/Hard Skills:

  • Experience supporting HR applications by responding to user calls, emails, or trouble tickets.
  • Experience testing systems for bug fixes and enhancements with demonstrated strong knowledge and analytical skills necessary to resolve end-user technical issues.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships to provide excellent customer service and work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to communicate and present complex issues and analyses in an effective manner.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of SQL Server and SQL Scripting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope & within budget.
  • Execute projects based on Project Management Life-Cycle (PDLC).
  • Lead the project team.
  • Responsible for project planning (resources allocation), modification of phases and implementation of the live system.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 10 years experiences in various IT project implementation especially in HRMS and rollout.
  • Project management professional (PMP)/PRINCE II certification is a definite plus.

We are looking for Java/J2EE developers who have had practical exposure in delivering Java-based solutions to corporate clientele.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Development of MQHRs’ HCMS software suite.
  • Responsible for Java application development to support business objectives.
  • To support and maintain existing software product in line with predefined service levels.
  • Ensure modifications and development of the software meets defined requirements and are in compliance with quality controls including but not limited to code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Pro-actively communicate with Business Analyst / Implementors to clarify the user requirements.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to the system.
  • To develop enterprise-scale applications in accordance with Company standards, procedures, and methodology.
  • Assist team lead and manager closely in preparing all unit test cases and system test cases.
  • Work closely with the Support / Customer Service team for post-implementation support.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess at least Diploma, Degree Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skills in Java, Python, J2EE, MSQL and SQL Language, Hibernate, Web 3.0 & Web 4.0 Technologies.
  • Preferred skills in Tomcat webserver, LDAP Server, Linux/Unix.
  • Understanding of IP networking, including the ability to analyse network behaviour, performance and application issues using standards tools like tcpdump/ ethereal/ wireshark.
